Jay Snyder

Chief Customer Officer

Jay is BetterUp's Chief Customer Officer, where he leads the go-to-market teams responsible for BetterUp’s customer relationships – including account management, customer success and global accounts. With over 30 years of experience across the technology industry, he’s an experienced strategic leader with strong acumen in sales, partners, professional services, marketing, and operations. His work history includes chief customer and partner roles at UiPath and New Relic, and 21 years at EMC / Dell Technologies in a variety of senior executive GTM roles both at the national and global level.  His early career included management roles at PeopleSoft and Accenture. He is a technology industry veteran passionate about building world class teams, mentoring the next generation of leaders and driving an inclusive, diverse and fun work environment. 

He is an active champion and sponsor of initiatives to strengthen diversity, increase inclusion, advance talent and create stronger communities; he initiated EMC’s global philanthropy, EMC Gives Back, served on the Board of Directors of the Association for Corporate Growth Silicon Valley and has been an active member and Vice Chairman for Loaves and Fishes of Contra Costa County, helping to feed the hungry. He holds a B.S. degree in Economics and Finance from Bentley University.
